Capturing Courage, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering NICU families through its programs and services, announces that it is in the process of dissolving and will be formally closing its operations. This decision was made after careful consideration by the organization’s leadership and Board of Directors. We are deeply grateful to the community, partners, volunteers, and supporters who have contributed to our mission over the years.

Effective immediately, Capturing Courage will cease ongoing programming and operations. The organization will undertake all necessary steps to wind down its affairs in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This includes the settlement of any outstanding obligations and the distribution of remaining assets in a manner consistent with nonprofit requirements.
